For any content that you submit, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or sell and/or distribute such content and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium, or technology throughout the world without compensation to you.

All content that you submit may be used at our sole discretion. We do not guarantee that you will be able to edit or delete any content you have submitted. Ratings and written comments are generally posted within two to four business days. However, we reserve the right to remove or to refuse to post any submission for any reason. You acknowledge that you are responsible for the content of your submission. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to limit any rights of the Customer under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). If the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other legislation provides that there is a guarantee in relation to the supply of this site, and our liability for failing to comply with that guarantee cannot be excluded but may be limited, any relevant exclusion clauses will not apply to that liability and instead, our liability for such failures is limited to (at our election), in the case of a supply of goods, replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, repairing the goods, or in the case of a supply of services, us supplying the services again or paying the cost of having the services supplied again.
